The Best Meal in New York City

11 madison park in New York City was one of the first restaurants to open during the pandemic. The government gave them a little money to cook meals, but they couldn't keep up with demand. Alevin Hom started his own non-profit called rethink food and now serves 12 courses for 335 dollars per person. His biggest performance was a beet which was confed, dehydrated, smoked, grilled and then baked in a nest of herbs over three days.
