Work backwards from when you need to get out the door in the morning. This kind of planning can also be great for things like planning your bedtime. If my bedtime routine, brushing teeth, getting into pajamas, et cetera, takes 20 minutes, then i'm going to want to start getting ready for bed at 11. It's easy to see that video games are absolutely something that would get me off track. But what if we went with something like checking our emal?
