As you scale what you learn is I need to move from athletes who are good at lots of things in a given domain to narrowing of the swim lanes. And that ends up being hard for some teammates. Sometimes they are actually better off going back to an earlier stage company, because what gives them the most joy is working on wearing all those different hats and being across swim lanes.
