The Power of Taking Action

Set up a list of positive actions for yourself ahead of time, so that you can just spring into action when your wits are not about you. Top and take action in any kind of positive direction, even if it's unrelated anything good. So volunteer at the dog pound. Go on a jog. Book yourself into a 12 stup meeting. Schedule a therapist appointment. Find a new therapist. Start reading the new book you bought on the personal growth issue you're struggling to understand. Whatever you do, stop the indulgence in the shame. That is how you make more and more of it. That's how it controls you. Do i mean anything. I said i would say,
