We Need More Women Leaders
We need more examples of power sharing tove cultures in churches that we can copy. We need women who will not play the game of deference because yes, we now have a tokenized woman on the platform doesn't make it any egalitarian culture. Finally, we need more women leaders who can become role models for the next generation of women leaders. That's called an Anglican completion.
