A lot of the symptoms of overactive thyroid or even underactive thyroid and menopause overlap. The only link would be that women with autoimmune thyroid disease are at greater risk of having autoimmune early menopause. There's another link. People talk about adrenal fatigue, but most people who have told they've got adrenal fatigue have very normal, healthier adrenals.
