I think it's going to have positive impact because as technology in the past have done, anytime we've seen major shifts in the technology paradigm, it basically lifts productivity. The pool of talent that you have available to now is much better than you would have had in a booming up economy. It allows you to kind of raise that value that you're kind of contributing to the business or to society. And over the, once again, the fullness of time, the value that you as an individual drive from the company drive from the market at large is a function of thevalue that you create.
