The histoplasma urinary antigen was also negative. The serum galactomanin antigen and beta-d glucan or fungetel were both negative. But the two coccidioides that we have that are positive is the complement fixation as well as the immuno-diffusion. So what do you all make of these findings and what would you do next? All right.
