Alexithymia is an unchangeable belief that no matter how much I change, it's never going to be enough. We're also seeing a high degree of alexithymia amongst the subset of men on the internet. So if you feel like you kind of fit some of these boxes and this is a really challenging thing is I would encourage you to go see someone like a therapist.
