i keep reminding myself in all these moments is that they're always temporary. We were filming something yesterday, and i was like, just having a day where i just did not like my face. Negative feelings come and go, but happy ones can always be here. I mean, that's what meditation teaches you. No thought or feeling is permanent. It's going to come and go.
