Whitney: I've been thinking a lot about this idea of entitlement and treating people as objects, not people. When we sort of hand that to someone, we're saying, I think you're better than I am. And so you stop being able to have a conversation where you can connect as human beings. It's just interesting to hear you talk about that. Most people struggle with this, I don't feel as good as and you've sort of had to say, how do I make sure that I don't feeling better than?
