Nara Petch's Death at the International Airport in Laos
Nara Petch, a Canadian citizen who was murdered inside the Enchans Watte International Airport after already having passed through security checkpoints. Initial reporting from the Lao government said he had died from pulling a vending machine on top of himself and that broken glass had caused these injuries. That story was then changed to him stabbing himself and then later all tosses revealed that he had been stabbed. The CCTV footage of the event was withheld from investigators and from the family of the deceased.
