The Importance of Prior Planning
Prior planning allows for individuals to plan in competition are we talking in position here say more how do these markets happen and he's just like hmm I'm sorry what new number who did when he talks. The chapter on rule of law was really interesting in this regard because by rule of law he means that there are certain stipulated in advance always in advance before any legal actions taken by the statebefore the government does anything. There are rules laid down but they're very formal and they're very abstract and he thinks that this is a good thing as you start to particularize or concretize it then you're gonna have to make decisions that are not capable of being indifferent or impartial right?
