The Importance of Bilateral Breathing

Most breathing drills, at least to my knowledge are more bilateral in nature. You need to get both sides of the body doing opposite things. So even if it looks like I'm in a,. like a bilateral position, like a 1990, I'm probably queuing someone to exhale and compress one side and inhale and expand the other side. And that is where the magic happens because airflow is actually what allows us to shift side to side with ease.
