The Negative Connotation of Tyranny

The term tyrant comes to mean something course very with a very negative connotation, but really what we're talking about our people who had appeals to the population and could challenge the system. What he means by democracy is what Aristotle called oligarchy. That's a democracy's turn into oligarchy so Biden is really saying it's oligarchy versus autocracy.
