The movie implies on two different levels. It implies an soviet and us Titan, an evil one. But then there's hi good version of soviet us. Co operation happening on the political level. So its kind of imagines thes both, like, sort of utopian reapproachment of the soviet union in the united states. Both, you know, happening in a good way, and also kind of happening in this darker way.
