I did this one on safety and it was in response to a client feeling like she was kind of flaking out because she's like I just want to be safe. Each of those things can be done from a place of safety or a place of kind of panicking fear and threat yes so you can be doing exactly the same thing on both sides of the of the wall. One of them is going to feel great might be a little bit scary but you know that you are safe.
