The first chapter of my marketing agency, Blueprint Book in 2012 was eliminate bill blowers. I created point pricing in 2014 as our models. We assigned point values to everything. And then just like didn't matter to the client, if we took two hours or 20 hours, they were paying the same thing for the value. The second step is, does what we create still hold the same value?
