The Different Dynamics of Return to Office in Asia

In Asia, while you know certain markets like Singapore did have some very strict COVID protocols. And it was actually sold very differently than in the US and people went back to work periodically during CO VID when it was safe to do so. In the US there was a little bit of just like this almost two year pause. You know office occupancy and physical occupancy in many places around the world is back to pre COVID levels. The US is definitely out of market in that way.
