Since we launched it back in 2015 we've seen major usage spikes in very, very delicate situations such as the Mexico City earthquake in 2017. People were using it to communicate during these situations because they knew that they were going to be surrounded by tens if not hundreds of thousands of people. We started learning from our users that you know what, which is no longer a natural disasters and events app it is now turning into an app that people have identified as a tool for protests.
