The Importance of Being in the Present Moment

The quote, hell is other people by Jean-Paul Sartre popped into my mind today as well. It was actually what inspired this podcast. Because if you think about it, when you sit outside, you can do that right now. And for the most part, while you are contained in the present moment, you are at peace. Right? Until you have to start interacting with other fucking people. And that's when you begin to suffer.
