How to Apply the Law in a Situation Like This
If you can't tell when in the world you coming across a situation like this, you'll never know when to do that. You only give laws to a creature that's capable of understanding the laws. So by giving us a complicated set of law, god is telling us, you have the intelligence to understand this, understand it correctly. But if we didn't have the intelligence and the information to ascess the medical situation, we would never know how to put the law into practice.
