The word in Sanskrit is smirti, which the vowel police have attacked because there's not enough holes in that word. It means recollection or recognition. You're remembering something which is the quality of being that you're noticing that you're distracted and the quality of kind of simply returning. I think people make, you know, you can miss it by making too big a deal about it. That's why I call it ordinary mind too.You know, it's just not that big a deal.
