Is the Second Amendment Always Used to Strike Down Gun Law?
There's this presumption, and I think this is a relic of conservatives taking L after L after L for decades, that they're just gonna lose every fight. In fact, gun proliferation is through the roof. The percent of Americans who own guns are increasing and disproportionately increasing minorities and females. So clearly your model that what they want is always gonna result in what they get is demonstrably false on this very key, very important issue. People need to ask themselves, okay, why did that happen?
