I think you probably have to make vapes look a lot less interesting, I'm afraid. You should in my view display them in plane packaging. We do it for cigarettes, so why can't we do it for vapes? Then you can keep them behind the counter, again we do that with cigarettes. And then of course you need more money for the councils because those are the people who've actually got to enforce these rules.
