Is That Millet Raw?

I'm allergic to cats and a lot of like cat byproducts just show up in food. And because it says not for human consumption, it's hard to find the ingredients in food that we have in our house. I didn't realize how important it was to cook quinoa. So that gave me quite a tummy at last night because like, like, you know, a graven mackerel,. I just going up and eating the raw pasta, which is what my boyfriend calls them. My boyfriend calls them chips.
