Slow Breathing When You're Traveling Can Help You Sleep Better

slow breathing whenever you're travelling, i've found to be really effective. You can breathe in to account of about four and exhale for eight. This is something you shouldn't do in the middle of the day, because it'll make you too mellow. But if you're on a plane and you've got another ten hours to go, or if you're agitated n yed to go to sleep, you can breathe in  to account of about 4-8. Just do that once. Very simple. It's you tapping into your nervous system and allowing your body to feel safe and to relax. Once you're in that tate, it's much easier to fall asleep
