Make a choice about technology that you want use, that youve fine with. Don't jump into the completely new technology that you've never worked with before. You should do something am use something that makes you prototype faster, not slower. For my side projects all over the couple years, i've always used elixir and phoenix. The framework has evolved but the skill of building something quickly is still there.
