I get a lot less engagement on LinkedIn than you would think considering I'm kind of a B2B writer. We saw a real spike in our audience is for your viewers and listeners that are familiar with Redef we will get picked up some of our pieces will drop in there or some of our podcasts and so on. Whenever that happens we see really large spikes. It's the last 10 years have been the most enjoyable of my entire career.
