The 10 Mistakes I've Made as a User Researcher

The first mistake that I've made as a user researcher is a level of perfectionism with my work. So we're going to try and get through as many as possible in the next 30 minutes. And if we don't get through all 10, I might make this a two part episode because I do find it really important to talk about mistakes  and what they mean.
