I feel like a thing that's true with the ready is like you can see the prevailing social support by the quantity of emojis on something. And I'll see it through like something will seem from an emoji perspective to be unpopular, and then when it gets brought up again, it is in fact unpopular. It's one of the signals that I felt like we actually got self management going correctly at the ready because there was a sense of autonomy and freedom about what we like and don't like. Emojis might seem like all fun and games—but they can also speak a thousand words about a company’s culture.
