The Two Piece Suit

The suit was a way of refusing to be ignored and dismissed as a minority. The flowing pants that ballooned out at the knee and tapered really tight at the ankle would get in the way. These suits you could buy at the store. Either you had to go to a specialty tailor, or you could take a regular suit that was two sizes too large and have that tailored the right way.
