How to Lower LDL Cholesterol Levels

With diet and lifestyle, that's quite hard to do. We can lower it to some extent, yeah, outside of pharmacology. Getting very low levels, LDL cholesterol, very low levels,. level-B is difficult. In relation to any of the topics we've discussed today, what are some interesting research questions that you either within your own group are interested to try and answer over the next couple of years? What are some that are most at the forefront of your mind in relation to this question? For me, it's focusing in right in on the kind of the APO-B or the LDL particle - however we want to see that.
