"I favor subsidiarity, wherever possible," says Parachute skier. "But I have a lot of anger when I experience my city as being grandiose or too big" Seattle's government passed a sales tax to fund the expansion of transit systems across the Bellevue region and it has built a lot of housing along those new lines. In Seattle, you have affordability requirements, but developers can build elsewhere which defeats the point of affordability requirements.
