What's the Point of Retreating?

People say they don't want to live in nineties russia. Nobody should blame them for saying that, because it's a lot worse than living in some perfect tyranny. This is why these things, like this flint stuff, they just, there's just no way to have an input into the political process. Sometimes retreating does not make you weaker by thefault or any sort of cosmic law. It can actually make you a lot stronger.
