The NYCHA Board and NYCHA Leadership

I think a deputy mayor tourist bringer is so incredibly dedicated to NYCHA and its residents, more so than I have seen in past administrations. Maybe there's a way to expand beyond the 62,000 apartments that we currently have slated,. And then come up with creative ideas like our comprehensive modernization programlike we really have to divide and conquer. Is there a way to clarify for people a little bit more sort of who's making the ultimate calls here?
