The Importance of a Different Attitude in Chess

The journey itself was pretty cool. I love learning But now I'm really kind of wondering like what am I doing with this degree? Why did I do it? So I think that's such a great point in trying to get at the why you are doing this and I think that was a big shift for me. Not everyone needs to have that sort of Attitude, I mean it's perfectly fine to have A rating goal, but then you need to be honest. Just Pick your own brain and try to figure it out. Sometimes it's the ego. sometimes it's the feeling of achievement and sometimes it's just for fun.
