Iraq and Syria and Syria Are Waging War on Us

I think if the Rockies had been given more room yes it still would have led to civil war. Iraq is not isolated and they would have had a very difficult time to attack you. There are, there were two neighbors Syria and Iran who were in a terrible state and determined to defeat America and Iraq. I remember the very first memo I had to write for Vice President Cheney was end of August 2003. And the first memo I wrote was Iran and Syria are waging war on us.
