So we're talking about rationality in that sense so if I'm trying to solve a problem there is in principle an optimal solution to that problem perhaps okay but maybe I can't compute that option optimal solution because it's intractable. This this version of rationality it's computable and that's another thing that's becomes really important since they're trying to design algorithms they need a definition of rationality that allows them to compute.
