Are We Losing Pastors at a Faster Rate?

Thousands of pastors leave ministry every year, and they're not leaving healthy. I know that if we can help pastors get less dependent upon the church for their financial resources, it's going to havea a trickle down effect for the health of the church. And i think for smaller churches, i'm hearing so many places right now about pastors leaving the ministry,. That's going to hit smaller churches harder who can't afford to pay a full time salary. It seems like it could be away forward.
