You Don't Have to Pick Up Your Kids

A lot of my clients will say things, i have to do this or that. But it's as if you have no choice in the matter, because you always have a choice. You're able to take back your power and agency when you change that word to  i choose to. And not just say, i choose to, but you can also add things like som my clients will saying, well, i must pick up my kids.
