Jacqueline Hill's makeup brand Jacqueline Cosmetics was trashed by fans who say her lipsticks are terrible quality. Raw beauty Christy was not the only creator to call out the quality of the lipsticks in a video uploaded on June 20, 2019,. A creator by the name of Pretty Pastel Please claimed that she found a piece of metal in her lipsticks. Another creator, Nima Tang, said her lipsticks were grainy and sharp while biochemist Kenna Whittnell criticized Jacqueline for not issuing a complete recall of every product.
