OKRs - What Are We Driving for Together?

It's not quantifiable like that this video did X, but you don't have the tangible asset without the work of the creative team. We use company level OKRs. I think LinkedIn was really strong on this dimension. Everything sort of cascaded. This year, I'm very hopeful that this will be our breakout year for OKRs.
