Focus on what is the habit? Am i doing the habit? Versus am i getting to the outcome? Sometimes that outcome may take a long time. As you gain motivation and you see how the process works, then you can add two or three, maybe four habits,. Andad you can really increase the speed of your snowball here as you as you move down this path. So again, doesn't i feil at once? Startn with one small, tiny habit, get success.
