The Relationship Between the Old and the New Testament

Aristotle's thoughts on friendship in a contemporary context, we kind of take the core of it and think about how it applies given our cultural context. But my view has always been that the core notions transcend the cultural limitations and contexts in which they came to be. And so I think that there is something to it that transcends those limitations because of course, I think men and women are in all relevant respects equals.
