Is There a Relationship Between Poor Responses and Hyperresponse?

So i'll preface this by saying there's a large inter individual variability in people. So some people who are poor respondes might only see, and again, i hate to throw out percentages, but just as a general example, might see forty or 50 % gains with something like that over time. Some one else might be able to realize 75% or even more of their gains. And then where does it go from there? If theyre they're training just a couple of hours per week? Yes.
