Jeremy Corbyn will not be able to stand as Labour candidate for Islington North. He has served the constituency, where he's been MP for 40 years, since 1983. This all relates to the anti-Semitism row that boiled during and after his leadership. It is extraordinary when you just think of how recently he was such a senior figure within the party. But I detect zero or less than zero appetite from the leadership to go anywhere near him.
