How Long Have You Done That?

The podcasket eces more solidified in your mind that way. So, so the walk practice. How long have you done that for? Four years. And a low barrier to entry, like i find with painful things, like exercise, or like menty plunge,. Yes, or even work, wrht, even study work that you don't realy want to do. But with walking, it's very low. Its just like set out to day with wind, right? You know that you've going to get it done. That makes my for ye, like 93 % compliant streak. O hissy ye ye.
