To Be Interesting, Be Interested

To be interesting, you have to show an interest in other people through questions about the things that they do. And a prime example of this goes back to my corporate days. There's a lot of really interesting people around you who are willing to share their experience and wisdom with us but we don't ask. They're not always going to take it for granted; so try to understand those stories as much as possible.
