How to Pick the Drive for ADHD
When's the last time you checked in with yourself of what you thoroughly enjoy? For me personally, I'm driven as a person with ADHD by doing things that I love to do and being really familiar with what actually puts me into flow. Tim Ferriss doesn't do goal setting anymore in the new year. He does what he calls the P-Y-R the past year review. And he goes back through the year and he looks at what are the things that put him into peak performance. There's so many things that you thought you enjoyed. But it took me through half of that project to realize this is not me.
